Thanks for the legal tips but I am very aware of the law! The system I have set up is very well thought out and full proof! One must always think outside the box, one thing I do have a talent for. The current position as to pre-nups is that they are not worth the paper they are written on, although they can be helpful in showing intention and some clarity to the financial position between the parties.
