ok, lets assume TOL lays on Nicks desk tomorrow. Only to think about what that means for lynas and us.

First of all this would be a BIG shareprice driver! And lynas can start to earn money. wouldnt suprise me, to see shareprice 50% plus up at day of TOL.

But lets think about the time after TOL and bevore election. What ever happens on election or not... and what ever is likely who will win or not... There surely will be fears, that oppostion will get into power and throw stones into lynas way - how ever....

So even if lynas gets TOL bevore election, there will be fear about election. So election is - in every sence - a key milestone for lynas. When najib is re-elected, the risk is removed totaly. so lets focus on election - despite TOL bevore or after election.
