My reading of the announcement is that:
* Norris acquired a call option that gives him the right to buy NMG shares on 1 June 2015 for $0.4048 (adjusted if share price greater than $0,5667).
* The consideration paid is $500,000 for the call option.
* As Norris acquired the call option, he paid the $500,000.
If I have misread this, please let me know - happy to stand corrected.
