Tincom it appears is quite the conglomerate. I only have half a translation at the moment but it appears they have construction, funds management, pharmacutical, real estate and brewing arms!
We can't work out the corporate ownership structure but I am certainly growing in confidence that the parent guarantee is worthwhile and this is a company making deal. If they can get anything going in another country or new partner that would provide validation that should rerate things.
