I went through all the companies listed in that article. Prior to raising funds using darwins equity financing facility their charts looked very similar to how Oilex's does now. Darwin short sells the hell out of companies prior to an EFF fund raising, they then cover their shorts with the newly issued shares. Good deal for them, majorly sh*tty for us.
