i am in a business which is competetive but with lower product price
than it should be
now i have been in this business for 23 years and i am i a very solid position
now the risk is with new players who are entering the market very late
for 2 main reasons

1. the new player will need to get new customer base which will be very
very hard to do because myself and few others have good product that is very hard to overcome and make better

2. even if they get some of the customers, will not be enough for the new player to survive

now there have been new players coming into the market and exiting very quickly and my RELIABLE supply of the product is VERY hard to beat and that is why my customers DONOT leave me for CHEAPER product

now on a larger scale lynas is similar with customers and products
and any new players will be automatically squeezed out by themselves
