IMO all the retailers and scared investors have dumped shares after the announcement. Nearly 20m volume traded just in the last one hour. Yet the share price went up again. Serious investors and/or accumulators dumped and started pumping again at $1.48. The announcement was a good opportunity for the accumulators.
