ok so who is still in, page-28

In the notes to the accounts note 4 page 17 it states that Range gets 50% of the two blocks i.e VIa and VIb, however note 8 page 22 states that range will own 50% of Strait oil & gas upon issuing the remaining 30m shares and 30m options.
Which one is correct and why is there a difference in the wording in your opinion?
If the latter is correct then effectively we have a 60% slice of Georgia regarding the two blocks in addition to a 50% interest in the new Georgia block license. If however the former is correct then we only have a 40% slice in the two blocks and nothing in the new block.
