Certainly, is just about the best REIT on the Aus market at the moment. How many are paying divs? How many have been paying divs out of proper cashflow rather than some sort of wierd capital return from debt?

Totally Aus and NZ based property, weighted portfolio yield is realistic at 8+%, debt doesnt come up for 12+months and given the nature of the property I believe that when they roll it over they will probably get better terms?
