OK Tedi is essentially a private PNG government company, but they do operate separately from government interference.
I did raise that point with Peter and he indicated OK Tedi were well aware of the reporting obligations that FNT need to follow. Do they *should* pass on market sensitive information ASAP. but the current practice isn't currently meeting this expectation.
