    I think W1 and his mates are getting a little ahead of themselves....

    What have you bought? Operating mines in SA with a BEE partner. Lots of relationships, management contracts and off take deals built on goodwill and track record.

    Who is going to run it if Tony leaves and you will never find a manager like TOny...that i can assure you.

    how is your legal and technical relationship with the BEE partner going to change with the change of control. Are all agreements still enforced?

    Ah see now TER has swallowed the fish.....but are you going to choke on it?
