'Let’s not be critical because it does not help'

You have some nice sentiment Huckle and that is so easy to agree with, but I like to hear the good and the bad because its the negative comment that has many times saved my bacon.
Its not so hard to find the positive about a company, I just have to read the latest press release. Finding out whats wrong with the company is the tricky part, the company is not going to tell you that. Their reports and studies always look good.

Does MZI have more than a lease on an empty paddock, a dream and an empty bank account?
Has MZI got great management?
Have management been able to turn previous projects into a profit? If so where is it?
