Here's a suggestion and I have mentioned it before. You bringing it to the table given your holding may have a lot more sway than me but if management were even at this early stage able to get an assurance of the underwriting of the options not excised in Dec 2013, that would speak volumes!
Even better as there has been some delays maybe a 6 month extension for option holders?
