Well I think you are, you're saying holding a vigil is useless. Therefore the people involved are wasting their time. I'd call that criticism. It's a coping mechanism, not a method of rape prevention.

Is your third point meant to mean that I am offended by you? I don't find you offensive, but I do think you put up a lot of points that distract from the issue, and excuses for taking action.
