Its strange to ignore a quarter of victims or perpetrators.

The same reasons females might not want to report would only be larger for men due to next to no support services and social stigma.

Fortunately, violence is in a downward trend in Australia and the vast majority of people dont commit violence. Its a small number of repeat offenders that do.
