Oh my, I really have to laugh at a few people on here
Talk about giving the spruiks a sniff of good news and running a mile with it.
So we get a minimal prices rise because:
Discounted house prices. Record low interest rates. The start of quality stock coming onto the market.
As predicted there was always going to be an uptick due to the above reasons, but what happens when all the desperate vendors get a whiff and flood the market or the RBA need to rise rates.
