haha.... I had to log on after seeing a news report about property prices rising and low and behold, three separate threads from the bulls, all spruiking about a 0.1% 'increase' in house prices.
Really, bulls... I know you don't get many articles these days to post but let's stick to the one thread... LOL
While on the subject... let's put things into perspective.
2 interest rate drops from an already extremely low interest rate level and only a 0.1% increase from 1 month... Warning bells!
Not much room to drop rates and the government has no more stimulus money to keep this ship afloat.
