    "He must mean the Cash Rate for Banks. Zero chance of the variable rate dropping to 3.25%. Hell will freeze over first."

    i was talking about the cash rate only, if that happens the variable rate will be some where around 5.5%. i was responding to the everskim's scare tactics that there is "Not much room to drop rates".
