    That is hilarious everskim as one eyed post as ever. If I recall the growth polls conducted earlier in the year were quite a bit different the vast majority of positive property people predicted little or no growth - with far more extremists on the bear side so in reality there were more bears out of touch with the real result. FYI just because we have a positive/bullish attitude towards property does not mean we expect good capital growth over the short term - it just means we are positive for our own investment strategy/timeframe.
