    Whats wrong with easy money. What is the difference between a dollar earnt in rent and a dollar in capital gain. So somehow a dollar earnt working in a mine is worth more than a dollar earnt in rent. Some investors go for rental returns others for capital gain, ideally you get both. Beats working your butt off in a factory.
