How about we break it down to its most simplest form...

We went to Prudue University to pass phase3 final stage. It was inconclusive. We did not pass simple....

Rectification on our part has to be done to pass...... as results at that time done..... are inconclusive......

Or find a way to meet our users and providers needs........ this we have not done yet and I would say Prudue would be working on a few projects as well.... to try and fix this...... as is wavefront team....

But basically we have not got the go ahead or approval yet ............so it is not a pass at this stage of the game...

No tick of approval from anyone until it passes......

we will know that it has passed when we receive the announcement from NXR and wavefront with a announcement Phase 3 final stage passed.... until that time we ain't PASSED....
