I agree with buddfox, I certainly see financing inside of 2-3 weeks. The reason is simple. the payout to wyndham has not operated independantly of arranging financing. JA has been working on both concurrently and imho it stands to reason that financing was already in place subject to complete ownership of vallaner. Remember in JA's words there were a lot of interested parties. Sorry to disagree with you karenandmia.
