Regional towns situated on the Queensland Coast, but bear in my mind my uncharacteristically long time frame.
Specifically, I prefer the more affordable destinations if you are purchasing now, such as Hervey Bay, Bargara, Yeppoon and Agnes Water, although I own property in some very unnaffordable locations as well.
If you can conceptualise the Queensland Coast is the "best street" then the affordable locations can be compared to the "worst houses in the best street."
So in this sense, I guess I am suggesting an extension of the well known proverb "buy the worst houses in the best street."
But as I previously stated I have invested for 20-30 years.
That said, I am sure there are a plethora of other regional locations scattered throughout Australia that also present the long term investor with fantastic buying opportunities in the current market.
So the trends I mentioned, that are related to very high growth in regional towns, are obviously not limited to the Queensland Coast.
