aaahhh...my 20 year charts....and 100 year charts.....hindsight is such a wonderful thing....gives one a very good idea as to future predictions...
look at page 3 for the comparison of house prices and full time earnings....page 2 lists the prices each year.... and the disposable incomes....its the disposable income that one has available to spend on anything of their choice...after basic needs....
guess some have been throwing disposable money away...
