They won't lose their controlling interest, because they are setup for easy performance share milestones.
That $10M revenue milestone coming up that we all assumed would be from WaaS since thats their business model now...nah thats coming from selling HX's back to themselves at whatever price they want.
I assume the price will be dependant on how much capital they can raise from us to pay for making the units to sell back to themselves to get those shares. If they can only raise enough capital to build 1 more, then that bad boy is getting sold for $10M
