I was more than happy to do it for free but the Pivacs are driving the company to ground so why bother? I don't want to be held up in red tape when I can purchase the assets of the company for pennies.
As to everyone tipping $20 that won't pay for a decent lawyer as the hourly rate for someone who knows company law properly would run at least $800/hr.
