Nice little contract announced today.

ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Dubai International Financial Exchange (DIFX)
The directors of BGD wish to advise that Euro Forming Services GmbH (50% Boulder
Steel Limited) has received a firm order for the manufacturing and delivery of mudguard
mounts from a major European truck manufacturing company. The contract value is EUR
15 million (approx. AUD 24.75 million) over a three year period. The prototypes for the
mudguard mounts were successfully developed by EFS.
Furthermore, EFS extended an existing contract for the manufacture and delivery of axles
with a reputable German truck manufacturer. The contract, which is due to expire by the
end of 2007, was extended for a further 12 months.
