If you think the sp will go up just because the directors put in a few million dollars, I suggest you to look at the capital raise history and the share price performance of some of listed shares where the directors also put a lot of monies in CR, for example LNU.AX.
Reduit and BG products will be launched in the next few months. There is a learn process for us and the market in relation to these products. This is not a quick process, and there is no guarantee they will be successful either. So the directors will lose their money? Maybe but they could issue more cheap shares to themselves or raise their salaries or whatever to compensate themselves, and we won't have a say for these If the deal goes through because the new management team will have close to or more than 50% voting power.
The institutional investors could also push down the share price instead of supporting it unless we show profit and growth.
