My families are controlling 11 million shares and we will vote no too.

Why so hard to understand? Without the acquisition of NS, we can focus on Reduit and still make it a successful business. We don't want only promise, we need BOD to deliver. They need to build Reduit into a profitable business before dare to ask shareholders to heavily dilute their shares and consider an unfair deal.

So far the BOD creates only a different business plan and with an unfair deal for shareholders to consider. What else? With launching Reduit, there is still a long way to go to prove if it can be profitable as they said.

We have been waiting for BG for a long time. Without NS, BG may be delayed. But we don't mind they put it aside for another year or two . Get Reduit right first. Walk before run.

If directors resign because no acquisition, then it proves that they don't believe Reduit, OBJ's technologies and what they are telling us about the bright future of Reduit is a lie. In this case, voting no is definitely a right decision.
