    I have no idea how much shareholders will put in. How much are they offering to shareholders? $2mil to $3mill wouldn't be hard. $35mill might be difficult. The 'expert' report predicts a likely drop in share based on information they've worked off. It's all really too bizarre, impossible to adequately analyse.
