As they have recently done a placement and this proposal will take it to more than 15% for the year, they need to get shareholder approval in advance.
There is nothing certain about the share issue... and the company went to the market only 3 months ago for funding.
regarding the financials, the company does not release 1/4 reports, it doesnt have to.. so we must wait until the half yearly comes out (unless the company decides off its own back to release some revenues)
