Hi JPS, SPP are always restricted to a maximumum of $15,000 if they want an exemption under ASIC class order 09/425 from complying with some corporations law requirements re issuing full prospectuses etc

"8. Subject to paragraph 9, the issuer must not issue shares or interests to a registered holder under the purchase plan unless:

1. (a) the holder has, on application for the shares or interests, provided the issuer with a certificate to the effect that the total of the application price for the following does not exceed $15,000: "
   
   
   
   So this raising will be no different, maximum will not be able to exceed $15,000, they can of course set a lower maximum if they chose.
