I'm a little surprised at this too. The CR IMO seemed to be rushed. Yet the SPP seems to be unnecessarily lagging. Lets get this done and move on. Its not doing us any favours with the share price.
They are doing well with testing etc. But this SPP appears to be a little sloppy.
