IMO the CR was rushed as they needed / wanted the cash in the bank ... now that it is complete and funds probably in the bank there is no real need to 'rush' this part of the exercise... so we will get it, just a matter of when I guess ... but yes a little 'sloppy' as you say..... something I would hope that with a FT CEO now, we shouldn't see in the future ?
