this is the problem now with this stock. They tried a cheap cap raising and it couldn't be done. Their partner is gone. Some of the prospects look good. They could throw the dice and fund a hole themselves, but it would be 27.3X better to attract a new partner............they definitely can't drill without the 3D seismic to ensure that they drill a bonafide closure.
