First off - best wishes to you and your fellow BLR holders.

Just a quick question. You've given all of PEN's figures as you see them, but with regard to BLR, you've simply said 'low costs'.

Would you please elaborate a little on what "low costs & instant positive cash flow potential" means.

What will it cost you to get the uranium out of the ground? I've looked at your past couple of announcements and quarterlies and I can't find your per pound extraction costs.
