    I think the only thing SH want out of BTA is concise, planned way forward to return value to SH

    ALL management have demonstrated (more than once) is a total lack of understanding the corporate world and how to operate effectively within it !

    A mess of a company to merge with - no definite CEO - no definite plan - changing of the goal post

    All BTA is doing is offering themselves on a platter to hedge funds and arbitrage players.
