ASX are limp di?ks - there will never be any action taken over NWT. Complained to them 2 months ago that WAM had inside info on the convertible note issue and were dumping stock knowing there were certain to get the same amount of shares back at lower price - all the proof you need is on NWT announcements. The only prosecution they have in recent times is Citrofresh and that has taken 2 years/
Haven''t been burnt in the last 12 months by NWT as I day traded on any signs of activity - although opportunity is limited with the current level of sell orders.
