If it's any consolation the company has become more circumspect wrt information/exuberance, yet they still dropped mid year as a target for cash neutral... Given the debacle with the $18.5 million 2016 target, or at least the HC response to it they wouldn't have advised that lightly, nor would they have gained access to a debt facility without probable revenue/profit projections.
On balance I take it to mean that a lot of business growth/revenue growth is likely between now and mid-year, there's not enough time for the cash neutral target to be speculative surely it's based on probable/near certain business acquisition/growth.
I agree that penetration of some markets has been slower than hoped but winning these contracts is likely turning a supertanker not something that can be acheived instantly.
