Agree. I have confidence in the company choosing debt over placement to account for funding requirements. It tells me two things, one that they are confident of becoming profitable quite soon, and two that they have compelling financial strength as banks don't typically offer $10mill overdrafts without the appropriate proof of security.
And yes, a whole new level of investor becomes apparent once profitable and proof of recurring viable revenues and profits is shown.
