    Have just viewed JB Were report on Oakton.

    Acquisition of Tier seen very positive. Cheap entry price, substancial potential upside. Valuation raised from 1.40 to 1.60. currently trading below $1.

    Oakton margins are industry best practice. Dividend expected to be 9 cents in 2003.

    Also drew comparison with Housewares. They doubled share price within 12 months of a similar sized purchase.
