Could be, a lot of people in AVZ are looking for a near term take over. The announcement makes it seem like any take over is not going to happen within at least 9-12 months as a more extensive drilling campaign and a PFS is done.
That could also affect the OKR price as people could think that management will have their focus elsewhere with so much still to come at AVZ. Not my opinion but it could be what is happening.
