Around the 35/40c mark 10/12m mc
I think it's a fair price for a klauss shell with 5m in the bank while waiting for the main acquisition. Which if anything like what klauss dropped into TAR should see a quick rerate to around 25/30m mc
I am actually expecting something more significant than what he got for his daughter, to be vended in here.
Only question for me now is will he drop it now or wait for his preferred cr time of sept/april.
Solid names here headed by chairman klauss,ferguson,liu, full AVZ team plus langford supporting ipo.
