A few different options here :

1) P&G has decided to release two new mask product series: "Magnemasks" and "Masks"

2) P&G has decided they are not confident with making the 3X claim in the USA, and so they have cancelled the Magnemasks USA launch and will re-purpose the magnemask series but without the OBJ device.

3) P&G has test marketed the Magnemask name and decided it was not working for the USA. They will continue with the USA launch as planned but change the name to "Olay Mask" featuring the "Magnetic Infuser"

1 & 2 seem implausible to me, while option 3 seems perfectly reasonable. There are plenty of examples of the same SK-II or Olay product being named differently between Asia and the West.
