It does take at least a few days. As what would happen is the ceo has to sign off on the trasfer of shares from to the inividuals by informing computurshare that shares are allocated to the individuals. Being directors they then inform the market that they have additional shares.
As for the last to milestones I would not think that they would of held off as look at it similar to getting a bonus at work. Once it is agreed and signed off you get it either in a few days or your next pay run (if you are luck enough to get one).
