    I don't think we ever resolved how the company met the second milestone. So if there was no delay, perhaps the regulatory one was with P&G as well, hence both being achieved at the same time. I can't believe that they can be rewarded for a milestone without specifying what it was. Was it tucked away in an announcement and I missed it?
