I like the rationale and do hope you're right. But I'm not so sure as the trademark only refers to 'non-medicated skin care preparations'.
For the magnemask and, I believe ,the booster, we had this additional information
'Handheld utensil, namely, an applicator wand for applying and removing skin care preparations or makeup; Battery operated utensil, namely, an applicator wand for applying and removing skin care preparations or makeup; Magnetic applicator wand for applying skin care preparations; Magnetic applicator wand for facial cleansing'
Am I missing something?
