PROJECT DURKIN NICKEL TARGET, NI-CO-CU, 100% TASMAN
Description Highly anomalous Ni, Co and Cu results in regional calcrete samples in very poorly mapped area. Some ultramafic and mafic rocks known in the vicinity.
Part of the Fowler Domain recently recognised for its Ni potential and similarities to the Thompson Ni Belt. Recent HoistEM survey has identified a number of conductors in the vicinity of the anomalous geochemical results.
Location Located just to the north of the Trans-Australia railway on Mulgathing Station in central South Australia.
Project Status Grass roots prospect, requiring drill testing
