Finch2 good promo work on RJT, REU and RAT, I think you have the most posts on the 3 Rubicons in recent times.

Have you noticed that BJT (BABCOCK & BROWN JAPAN PROPERTY TRUST) have sold 2 properties this year, I don't really follow BJT so I don't know the exact timing of the sales but to me this must be a positive for RJT, hopefully RJT can announce a sale in the near future or possibly BJT will bail them out or maybe even a take over.
