If it means that a homeowner cops it (is tested, or forced to sell a home) as a user payer, when others , who havnt been a home owner, get subsidised by a person with the ability to pay... there's something wrong with that...

the article is not that clear...the part that stuck in my claw was..."practically you must sell, as you wont get aged care"....
